The Institute Conducts a ILI CAT 2010 is conducted for admission in LLM Program for Academic year 2010. ILI CAT 2010 offeres LLM Programme. To get Admission in ILI CAT 2010 one must have LLB degree from an institute recognised by bar Council of India with minimum of 50 % aggregate.Those in their final year can also apply for provisional admission.
ILI CAT 2010 Selection Process
Candidates are short-listed on the basis of the merit obtained in the Common Entrance test.
The short-listed students are then called for Interviews
ILI CAT 2010 Exam Pattern of ILI CAT 2010:
Part I(30 marks): Will consist of 30 Objective Type Questions from English Language and General Knowledge
Part II(60 marks): Will consist of 60 Objective Type Questions from Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, IPC, Public International Law, Commercial Law (Contract and Specific Relief Act, Partnership and Sale of Goods Act), Law of Torts, Law of Limitation and Family Laws
Part III(40 marks):Will consist of 5 Subjective Type Questions from (i) Jurisprudence, (ii) Constitutional Law, (iii) IPC, (iv) Commercial Laws (Contract, Partnership and Sale of Goods Act) and (v) Family Law. Word limit for each answer will be 150 words.
Availability of Application forms is from May First week 2010 and last date of submitting completed form is June first week, 2010
