Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Science known as SMIMS has reschedule its medical admission date.

The new date will be 22 july 09. the change is been affected by a darjiling bandh which has cut off sikkim from nation.

The admission process supposed to happen yesterday but now it will happen 22 july onwards.

This action taken after thinking about students who are coming from out side for admission in course like MBBS, Said Sikkim Manipal University.

Further they have postpones engineering courses scheduled and the new date of admission has not been announced yet
